Background
As part of a company wide restructure, Sky Recruitment Solutions wanted to take the opportunity to rebrand and relaunch their offering with a new identity. They wanted to stand out from their competitors with a young and vibrant brand, and create an icon which would help increase their visibility and recognition in the business community.
Strategy
From the strategy sessions, the brand team at Sky Recruitment Solutions identified they wanted designing an identity which was creative, clean, fresh, modern, and bright. It also needed to feel industrial, competent, connected, thorough, and reactive.
Design
The design uses circles and lines which connect together, making up the SKY icon and giving it an industrial feel. Orange was chosen as a colour for it’s bright properties, but also a colour which is used in factories and warehouses for high-vis.
Deliverables
We created brand guidelines to help the team manage their design communications, and created a website style guide to help their web developer to build their new site.
