Objectives
When we were approached by owner Sarah, she was running 3 different business offerings under 2 different brand names and 2 different websites; Ensata Natural Pools and Ellicar Gardens. The 2 different brand names were causing a headache for the business and confusing their customers. Sarah was looking for a way to simplify the brand architecture; bringing the different offerings together.
Work
During our strategy sessions Ellicar was chosen as the brand name to encompass all three propositions.
Ellicar Pools:
Design and build of award winning natural swimming pools for homeowners across the UK
Ellicar Gardens:
Commercialisation of their stunning family garden, including open days, events & workshops, and private hire.
Ellicar Landscapes:
Garden design and soft landscaping for town and country domestic gardens
From there, we developed a new brand identity, developed the website, and created supporting marketing collateral.
Results
Since rebranding, Ellicar has seen a significant upturn in enquiries and sales for their natural swimming pools, their open garden visitor days have seen record numbers, and they’ve had to take on new staff to help meet demand.
